Problems & returns
Because dog chews are consumable products, opened treats cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Chew safety
Always supervise chewing. Choose a chew appropriate for your dog's size and chewing style, provide fresh water, and remove any piece that becomes small enough to swallow or develops sharp edges. Natural chews vary in size, shape, and color. These treats are not a replacement for a complete diet. Ask your veterinarian if you have questions about your dog's needs.
